Elizabeth Carr

Elizabeth Carr is assistant principal and curriculum and subject lead of humanities at Avanti Grange Secondary School. She has over 10 years’ experience as a subject leader of history and as a mentor on the University of Cambridge history PGCE. She has published in Teaching History and delivered CPD at local and national conferences. Elizabeth is a managing editor of Teaching History and an honorary fellow of the Historical Association and has worked with a number of schools and MATs to develop history teaching in both primary and secondary phases.
