Izy Hossack

Izy started her award-winning food blog Top With Cinnamon aged 15, and since then has written, styled and shot two of her own cookbooks (Top With Cinnamon and The Savvy) and gained a BSc in Food Science & Nutrition. Now she works in London as a recipe developer, food photographer and stylist. She has worked with publications and brands including JamieOliver.com, IKEA, Cuisinart UK, Green & Black’s, Remeo Gelato, theKitchn.com, Food52.com, Miss Vogue and SORTED. Izy has appeared on Channel 4’s Daily Brunch and has made videos for Waitrose TV and Tesco Real Food.
